The EMHRN has the pleasure to present its position and recommendations aimed at contributing to shaping an effective human rights policy with the Southern Neighbours of the EU. This happens in the context of the current consultations on the ENP review and the next progress reports on the implementation of the ENP action plans in 2010 conducted by the European Commission.
